Where does walser consulting work?

Depending on the client's requirements, but usually a to be agreed upon mix of onsite presence, nationally and internationally,  and offsite work at the office of walser consulting.

How does walser consulting get engaged?

After a discussion with the client and having mutually defined a desired "to be" situation or goal - walser consulting will provide the client with an offer.

The contract/agreement will be between the client and walser consulting, no intermediate will be required.

A non-disclosure agreement will be established, if required.

The actual man days and expenditures spent will be invoiced monthly in a transparent way.

What does the "wave" stand for?

IT hypes come and go... today it is AI, Cloud Computing and Digitalisation, tomorrow it is "eating-a-hot-dog-in-a-fibreoptics-network" - the evolution will always continue!

But the most important thing after all is, all the created and existing problems will and can be solved... it is for sure, like water always finds it's way.
